Jude Fouquier and his wife Becky are the Lead Pastors of The City Church in Ventura, California, where they relocated to plant a church in August of 2010.
Pastor Jude and Becky and his family spent the previous 18 years serving in several capacities at The City Church in Seattle, Washington. Before Seattle, Pastor Jude got his start in youth ministry in 1985 when he first became a Youth Pastor for Wally and Marilyn Hickey.
Pastor Jude travels extensively speaking at churches and youth conferences, imparting into the lives of youth leaders and pastors around the world.

Banning Liebsher
Banning is the founding pastor of Jesus Culture, a ministry of worship, events, and leadership development.
In 2014, Banning and his wife SeaJay, their family, and the Jesus Culture team planted Jesus Culture Sacramento, a church committed to seeing believers encounter God, be empowered as world changers, and engage their city as leaders. Their ministry, message and music has international impact.
Gini Smith
Gini and her late husband, Wendell Smith, were youth pastors in Portland, Oregon for 20 years, traveling around the world to encourage young people in their destiny. In 1992, with only a handful of people, they founded The City Church in Seattle, Washington.
The City Church, now called Churchome, grew to multiple locations, thousands of people, city wide impact, and international influence.
Gini Smith also founded City Ministries which helps feed the hungry, advocates for justice and is a licensed foster care agency. While she continues to lead City Ministries, she also speaks at conferences nationally and internationally.
Dave Patterson
Dave and Donna Patterson are the Lead and Founding Pastors of The Father's House in Northern California where the church community started with 8 people, in their living room, and is currently 8,000 people in 6 locations.
Pastors Dave and Donna have over 30 years’ experience in leading worship, teaching, and pastoring. They also lead The Father’s House Network, are apart of the ARC Lead Team, and speak at conferences nationally and internationally.
